When days are dark friends are few, so goes a popular phrase. Many of our communities are sadly finding that out for themselves. Impoverished and low income areas are so often neglected by government and indeed their more fortunate counterparts, and hence fall progressively into decay and disrepair. This sad situation perpetuates as gangs move in and begin graffiti marking and crime and so the slums grow.

 

Let’s Just Paint It is a community and private business project that and sets about creating  solutions to the problems we see in the decay of urban environments, even if only in the limited way of brightening and cleaning the environments in some way through painting them.

 

Let’s Just Paint It is not a hand out project though, rather we believe in helping needing communities, individuals and organisations to help themselves. We donate the paint or in some cases assist in a fundraising drive to raise the necessary funds. Thereafter some of our best clients work with us to assist with the application phase.
